Coniston Consultants have been commissioned to undertake a redevelopment of the old Wrathals Garage Site at Greenrow, Silloth by a development company from the Midlands.
 
The brief was to design an estate of mixed development properties, ranging from a 2 bedroomed bungalow to a 5 bed executive house on a site on the western fringe of Silloth a small victorian market town situated on the beautiful Solway Coast.
 
The development is close to all local amenities: Schools, shops and leisure facilities and easy access to an excellent links golf course. The village green and promenade with views to the Scottish Hills make this an excellent location for all ages
